• We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or remove any handle at our sole discretion — including for trademark claims, impersonation, inactivity, or violation of these terms.
• Handles that are inactive for an extended period may be released.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Claim handles that impersonate people, brands, or organizations you are not affiliated with.
• Squat on handles with no intention of using them.
• Use the platform for illegal purposes, harassment, or spam.
• Attempt to circumvent our systems or exploit vulnerabilities.

4. Content & Apps

You retain ownership of any content or applications you publish on vibecode.fun. By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

5. No Warranty

vibecode.fun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, data preservation, or that the service will meet your specific needs. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability
